Katherine (“Kat”) MacBarron, PA-C is a Physician Assistant specializing in hormone replacement therapy, wellness, and healthy aging, with a passion for helping patients feel stronger, healthier, and more like themselves at every stage of life.

With a diverse clinical background spanning OB/GYN, hormone replacement therapy, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetics, Kat brings a comprehensive approach to patient care that considers both internal health and outward well-being. Her primary areas of focus include hormone optimization for men and women, peptide therapy, metabolic health, and evidence-based strategies designed to support energy, body composition, sexual health, vitality, and long-term wellness.

Kat also has extensive experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. This surgical foundation has given her a detailed understanding of facial anatomy, aging, and aesthetic balance that continues to inform her approach to non-surgical facial treatments.

Kat earned her Bachelor's degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Barbara and her Master's degree in Clinical Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University in Miami.
